Returns & refunds

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

How to return

• Email hello@grainandnest.com with your order number and the items you would like to return.
• We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
• Items should be unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return. If you are in the UK or EU you also have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of delivery; this policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 7 days and we will replace or refund it at no cost to you.
